One of the reasons this martini is so delish, is vanilla vodka & pineapple juice aerate really well together to create a velvety smooth textured cocktail. Shaking pineapple juice vigorously always produces a delicious thick lasting tasty foam. Yummy! Enjoy the tropical vibes in a martini glass! Cheers!

The Pina Colada Martini Ingredients

Instructions

    1. Combine the Absolut Vanilla Vodka, Malibu Coconut Rum, pineapple juice & Rock Candy Syrup in a shaker.
    2. Add ice to the mixing tin.
    3. Shake for 30 seconds until the tin is cold.
    4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
    5. Garnish the outside of the martini glass with a fresh pineapple wedge, to give the drink that island feel!
    6. I like to float a few pineapple pieces or a cherry in the actual martini. I love fresh fruit soaked in alcohol. One of the finer things in life! You can also use canned pineapple as a time saver, or if fresh isn’t available. Cheers!
