I’m starting a segment that will come out every Friday. I like to call it in our household TGIMF. Thank Goodness It’s Martini Friday! We’ve all had those long work weeks where a stiff drink is really needed at the end. I want to bring you a cocktail that can be potent and taste good at the same time. Let you relax, kick back, and make work a distant memory. Start harnessing your weekend powers for the important stuff…your Fantasy Football Team!
This martini is a twist on the classic Cosmopolitan. I actually think this drink is better than a traditional Cosmo. I love the Deep Eddy flavored vodkas especially their peach. The peach vodka actually taste and smells like peaches and adds a little depth to the cocktail. This is a perfect drink for the labor day weekend! It merges the end of summer using the bright bold pink color of the cranberry together with the beginning of fall and the peach harvest. Plus this cocktail can be a little potent so it’s perfect to enjoy for a three-day weekend! Cheers!

The Peach Cosmopolitan Recipe
This Peach Cosmopolitan is a twist on the classic Cosmo. I actually think this martini is better than the traditional version. Made with Deep Eddy Peach Vodka, Cointreau, Lime Juice, Cranberry Juice, and Simple Syrup. Cheers!
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 0 minutes
- Total Time: 5 minutes
- Yield: 1 martini
- Category: Martini
- Method: Mixology
- Cuisine: Cocktails
- 3 ounces Deep Eddy Peach Vodka
- 3/4 ounces Cointreau
- 2 ounces Cranberry Juice
- 3/4 ounces Lime Juice (I use Nellie & Joe’s Famous Key West Lime Juice for convenience, but you could also use fresh squeezed)
- 1/2 to 3/4 ounces Simple Syrup (Depending on how sweet you want the cocktail. I use Rock Candy Syrup by Fee Brother’s for convenience, but you can also use regular simple syrup)
- Fresh peaches slices for garnish (I love fresh fruit soaked in alcohol)
Combine the Deep Eddy Peach Vodka, Cointreau, Lime Juice, Cranberry Juice, and Simple Syrup in a mixing tin. Add ice to mixing tin. Shake for 30 seconds until the tin is cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with fresh peaches.
If this martini is too potent you can always cut the recipe in half. Please enjoy these drinks responsibly. Please only forward this recipe on to people that are 21 and older.
