Forget the champagne! The Beermosa is a delicious play on the classic Mimosa brunch cocktail. A mimosa made with beer! To build the perfect beermosa combine sweet orange juice, luscious Cointreau, and sub in craft beer for a tasty kick-off to any Sunday Football Funday!
What’s the best beer to use in a Beermosa?
Although you can build your beermosa with many styles, I’m from Colorado so my preference is the popular Belgian white Blue Moon. But, any wheat or citrus ale works. Just mix in your favorite beer to create your very own signature cocktail!
What should I serve the Beermosa in?
I like to make it a fancy affair by serving my beermosas in a wine glass! The more practical option is a pint glass. I’ve even seen people go with the traditional champagne flute. Not my first option because I’m usually sucking these down, and frankly that glass just doesn’t hold enough drink for me.
